1. No refunds other than cancellation of show. This ticket is non-transferable.
2. Artist line-up and billed attractions subject to change
3. R.O.A.R – no refunds will be given if you are refused entry (for any reason) after purchasing a ticket.
4. Admission is at ticket holders own risk. The "SECRET WEEKEND GETAWAY PARTY" will not be held responsible for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event, including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
5. Strictly Over 16s Only – You may be required to provide proof of ID (Passport, Driving License etc.)
6. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
7. Strictly no trading on-site without festival’s consent.
8. Wristbands removed from wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced.
9. A condition of sale is ticket holders consent to being filmed and sound recorded for TV, video, DVD, webcast and other public broadcast as part of the audience or by on-site CCTV.
General Information & Site Rules

1. Site Opening Times:
- Site opens @ 12pm – Friday 29th June 2012
- Site closes @ 6pm – Sunday 1st July 2012
2. General weekend camping included in weekend ticket price.
- Campervans & caravans subject to a £10 surcharge
3. Car Park Entry – £3 per car.
4. Only alcohol purchased on site allowed into main arena.
5. No glass allowed on site.
6. No animals, fireworks or burning of plastics allowed anywhere on site.
7. No campfires
8. No smoking inside tents in main arena.
9. Please use litter bins and recycling points provided.
10. No personal sound systems or generators allowed anywhere on festival site, including campsite and car park.
11. Persons suspected carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities, may be searched either within the site or at the entrance.
